Lera was an awesome lady and friend. The band who played at the Midland Senior Center knew her as the "cookie lady." She made the very best cookies ever! She was also the diligent Treasurer for the Midland Senior Center and took care of the finances for the seniors and made sure the band was taken care of. Everyone loved her, especially us, Frank and Jean Sandoval.

We send our Sincerest Condolences for all of you. Lera was such a beautiful soul. Fond memories of our childhood together with our Church Family and Friends. Our journey continued now through our Adult lives as well. We cherish you all. Love, Brenda and Jerry Watts

I first met Lera in the senior center-we worked together and served together there. It was a pleasure to serve with her. Frank Buck Main 432-236-9450

Mike and Tracy So sorry to read about Lera’s passing. I enjoyed my time with her at the senior center. She was a lot of fun and very helpful. She was very proud of her family.

I am so sorry for the loss of your precious mother. I loved her dearly. We had lots of good times over the many years. She was the first person I met when we moved to Midland.
