Odys Riley Woodall, 76, of Ira died, Wednesday, December 19, 2018 in a local nursing home.Odys wished not to have a funeral service or a memorial service.A visitation will be held from 1 PM to 3 PM Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the First Presbyterian Church.Odys was born to Homer and Martha Woodall May 30, 1942 in Warren, Arkansas. He married Marilyn Phillips on June 29, 1962 in Big Spring.He served in the United States Air Force from 1960-1964. Odys was a member of the Elks Lodge 1386 where he served as a past Exalted Ruler. He was also a member of the Methodist Church. He worked at the Fina Refinery for 32 years as a pump mechanic. He retired in 2000.Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Woodall of Ira; two daughters, Rhonda Holcomb and husband, David of Dallas and Karen Schaedel and husband, Ken of Big Spring; a son, Odys Dewayne Woodall and wife, Selena of Aransas Pass; eight grandchildren, Joshua Holcomb and wife, Ariel of Englewood, Colorado, Alexander Holcomb of Parker, Colorado, Rendi Hernandez and husband, Eric of Abilene, Courtney Liston and husband, Blake of Howe, Rebecca Holcomb of Macomb, Illinois, Kelli Schaedel of San Angelo, Katie Woodall of Aransas Pass and Alexandria Crawford of Minot, North Dakota; three great grandchildren, Garret Kelsey, Felicity Dewitt and Cody James Liston; sisters, Margaret Crowson, Dorothy Gladden and Linda Ann Johnson and a brother, Jimmy WagesThe family suggests in lieu of flowers donations be made to a favorite charity.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home and Crematory.
