James Carl Frank, of Midland, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019. Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 1:00PM at Johnson’s Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens in San Angelo, TX.He is preceeded in death by his wife Billie Faye, and is survived by his three children Roberta Frank, Jim Frank and his wife Karen, and Rick Frank and his wife Karla. Along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Andy Campos, Rick Frank, Jim Frank, Alex Kennedy, David Wesalo, Dawn Wesalo.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be donated to The Parkinson’s FoundationArrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
