Beverly Katharine Lee Lawson

Beverly Katharine Lee Lawson, passed away May 21, 2018 to be with Jesus and the company of Heaven. She was born June 3, 1954 and married Loyd Lawson on September 28, 1974.Beverly was a remarkable woman of faith raising three boys. She was involved in many church activities and had many fruitful friendships. Her life revolved around her family, fishing, gardening, journaling, friends, vacations and reading. Beverly was the President of Episcopal Church Women for two terms; part of the Gwen Gardeners; PTA President at Fannin; SJ; MHS; and founder of Project Graduation Celebration.Mrs. Lawson is survived by her husband, Loyd Lawson; son, Rick Lawson and wife Susan; son, Jeff Lawson; granddaughter, Shannon Lawson; two step grandsons, Byron Scharf and Jackson Scharf; father, Delwood Lee; siblings, Andy Lee; Art Lee; Jeff Lee and wife, Bobbie; Mary Collier; brother-in-law, Don Lawson and wife Mignon; Linda Noelke and husband, Bill; many nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Gay Long Lee; her son, Robert Lawson.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hope House; Gifts of Hope Inc. or Hospice of Midland.Memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 10:00AM at The Episcopal Church of the Holy Trinity in Midland.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
