- Danny Gene Warnick died February 7, 2010 in Travis County, Texas as a result of a brief illness. He was born January 1, 1952 in Kermit, Texas to Austin L. and Betty J. Warnick. He was preceded in death by his father Austin L. Warnick and his stepfather John E. Busick, Sr. He is survived by his mother Betty J. Busick of Midland, TX and his maternal grandmother Irene Copeland of Lubbock, TX and his brothers Ricky A. Warnick and Johnny Busick, Jr. of Midland, TX.
Danny was a 1970 graduate of Odessa High School. Danny had a quick wit and a great sense of humor. He also had a great smile. He enjoyed sports, motorcycles and had worked and lived in many places across the United States from Texas to Alaska. At his death, Danny was a member of the Pipefitters Union, Local 430 in Tulsa, OK.
Danny will be missed by his many friends and his family. He was a professing Christian and we know that we shall see him again in heaven.
There will be a memorial service at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel in Midland on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 2:00 pm.
